Solution
Starting from the ground up, laying down all possible inconsistencies in the system, finding out what a navigation means to users, and ultimately testing this on a functional web prototype that I created.

Seattle is going through some major construction changes, how can users be informed of the same so as to help them plan their commute ahead of time?
Solution
Testing the usability of seattletraffic.org website - a one-stop-shop for all resources, maps and tools - to make sure that people can get the information they need to plan their commute.
Impact
Popular applications like Google maps have a heavy influence on the user's mental model, which might also shape how the same people approach new experiences.
Currently, there are limited tools that address the cognitive deficits of brain injury survivors for a comfortable driving experience. How can we, as designers, remediate that problem?
Solution
Designing a car dashboard interface working in tandem with a mobile application that addresses the executive functions of a driver and reduces their cognitive load while driving.
Impact
The very solutions employed to reduce the cognitive load could sometimes become the reason for distraction while driving.
